Welcome to the Oakwood School Website. We are pleased to announce that 2008/2009 marks the beginning of our 29th School year. Oakwood School is a non-profit, non-sectarian New Jersey Private School for the Disabled. Our primary population is Learning and/or Language Impaired students in grades 6-12. In addition, we accept students with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral issues that have prevented them from reaching their educational or social potential.
Oakwood School, located in Monmouth County, is sanctioned and certified by the State of New Jersey Department of Education and in the most recent monitoring process, our educational program received the highest possible commendation.
